How Do I Get My Log In Details?

Your login details will be sent to you on Tuesday, June 15. If you do not receive this email please contact  isba2021@union.wisc.edu.

If you register after June 15, your login details will be sent to you shortly after registering. Please be sure to check your Spam inbox for this email.

What Browser Should I Use?

We recommend using Google Chrome and a stable internet connection to access the Virtual Platform. We also recommend you clear your cookies and cache prior to logging in and disable any VPN’s you may be using.

To optimise the broadcast of sessions, please do not use ‘incognito’ or ‘hidden search’ browser settings.

I am not Receiving Conference Emails

Sometimes emails don’t get through firewall settings. To overcome this issues, please whitelist the isba2021@union@wisc.edu and conferences@union.wisc.edu email addresses if you find you are not receiving conference correspondence.

Your Personal Log In Details

Please keep your login details handy to access the platform as you may need to log in and out across the programmed days.

Your PIN will always stay the same, which can also be used to log in.

Logged In and Can’t See Sessions?

Log out, clear your browser history, cookies and cache and log back in. If you are having other connection problems please use the Live Tech Support icon to ask for assistance (red icon on top right corner).

Please note that Live Tech Support will only be available during scheduled conference hours.

Logging In for the First Time

When you first login to the OnAIR Platform, the Conference Check-In window displays, where you can update your profile, capture or add a profile photo and review your privacy settings. To edit or change these settings, please click on your profile photo at the top right of the screen and select My Settings. Please check that your time zone is set correctly to ensure the agenda displays in your local time.

Log In Permissions

Each time you log in you will be asked to give permission for the platform to use your camera and microphone. We recommend allowing both features to maximize your experience as you will then be able to use the Exhibition Hall and Meeting Hub.

Getting Live Support

For support prior to the live conference please email isba2021@union.wisc.edu

For support during the live conference please click the Tech Support button on the top right-hand side of the platform (red icon with a headset).

Please note that Live Tech Support will only be available during scheduled conference hours.

Connecting with Exhibitors & Sponsors

Use the Meeting Hub to connect with Exhibitors and Sponsors. Click the Connect button and choose to interact with them by live chat or video call. You can also schedule to meet at a future time, send messages and take notes.

You cannot see yourself in the Meeting Hub so do not be alarmed if you are not visible.

Exporting My Notes and Contacts

During the conference you can take notes and connect with attendees, sponsors, and speakers. Notes and contacts can be exported during the conference, although we recommend exporting at the end. Locate the export/download button located at the top right-hand side of the OnAIR Platform.

Display the Agenda in My Time Zone

The OnAIR timeline will display in your browsers time zone. To edit your time zone click ‘My Settings’ located at the top right-hand side of the OnAIR Platform.

Audio Recommendations

A headset with microphone is recommended to optimize your audio experience.

My Screen is Being Cut Off in a Session

If you are using a laptop, we recommend setting your screen resolution settings to 100% as opposed to 125%. This will fix this problem.

How Long will the Platform be Open?

The platform will be available to login from Tuesday, June 15, 2021 and will remain open until Friday, July 23, 2021.

Platform Features

Using the Timeline

Sessions and functions that are happening each day are listed in the timeline in chronological order. You can click on any of the items in the timeline to view additional information and join the session or function.

The OnAIR timeline will display in your browsers time zone. To edit your time zone click ‘My Settings’ located at the top right-hand side of the OnAIR Platform.

Using Live Q&A

Each session will be running a Live Q&A at the end of the presentation. Throughout the presentation please write your questions in the Q&A tab on the right-hand side of the session page. You can also ‘up-vote’ questions others have asked by giving them a thumbs up.

Live Support

For support prior to the live conference please email isba2021@union.wisc.edu. For support during the live conference please click the Tech Support button on the top right-hand side of the platform (red icon with a headset).

Please note that Live Tech Support will only be available during scheduled conference hours.

Using the Meeting Hub

The Meeting Hub allows you to connect and communicate with other attendees. Once you have located an attendee you want to connect with, click the Connect button. Once the other attendee accepts your request, you can choose to interact with your connection by starting a live chat or live video call. You can also schedule to meet at a future time, send messages and take notes. Contact information for all attendees you have connected with will be included when you export your contacts (see the Exporting your Notes and Contacts for additional information).

You cannot see yourself in the Meeting Hub so do not be alarmed if you are not visible.

Virtual Exhibition & Exhibitor Gallery

You may view the Virtual Exhibition Booths, access and download materials in the Exhibitor Gallery, and meet with exhibitors and sponsors.

When requesting a meeting with an exhibitor or sponsor during Exhibitor Hours, your camera and microphone will be enabled.
