ISBA committee meets in London
An excellent two days in London with members of the International Short Break Association Committee, plus three members of our Scotland Conference Planning Group. An opportunity to catch-up on conference arrangements, exchange ideas and have a little fun in the process. All agreed that the conference should reflect the aspirations we have for our short breaks services – it should be fun, friendly, inspiring, engaging and action-focused. No pressure then!
Thanks to the Council for Disabled Children for providing room and refreshments to keep us going. Thanks too to Steve Broach from Monckton Chambers for an excellent input on the Short Breaks Duty.
